OUTBREAK ALERT!!! Respiratory

The Wexford and Toronto Public Health have declared a Respiratory Outbreak on the 2nd & 3rd Floors, effective today January 13, 2020.

Please do not visit if you have the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, and Runny Nose, tired or unwell

Please note that the following precautions are effective immediately until further notice:

· Visitors please check in at the Nursing Station prior to visiting the resident.

· Proper hand washing and the use of alcohol hand sanitizers are necessary to prevent the spread of infection.

· Please call us or visit our website at www.thewexford.org for updates.

· Please help us to contain this outbreak by following the precautions and protecting the health and well-being of our residents and staff.
