The Active Seniors Centre
Active Seniors Centre (ASC’s) are one of the components in a continuum of senior’s services in Toronto. Since 1966, the Government of Ontario, along with the Municipality, have funded the Active Seniors Centre in accordance with Seniors Active Living Centre Act 2017 .
The Active Seniors Centre provides socialization and growth opportunities to:
- individuals living in the surrounding community,
- those who are living in the independent Wexford apartments,
- Wexford long-term care residents
The ASC program is open to all individuals 55 years of age and older.
