Application Form

If you are a senior who meets the following criteria, you can apply for an apartment at The Wexford:

• Over 59 years of age ,
• Annual income is less than $64,817.00 per year (confirmed by your most recent Notice of Assessment), and;
• Able to live independently.

Anyone who has submitted a complete application form will go onto the waitlist. Once a preferred sized apartment becomes available, the Coordinator of Tenant Services & ASC will give you a call to view the apartment and the facility.

Anyone interested in applying for an apartment can also call to arrange for a tour of the facility.

The application can be mailed or emailed upon request.
